5.1 Payment Terms
A deposit or full upfront payment is required before work begins.

Their policies, outages, or changes
Data loss caused by their tools
Their future pricing or terms
The client agrees to abide by the third-party service’s terms and create or manage their own accounts when required.
Timelines are estimated and depend on client responsiveness and project complexity.
Delays in feedback, approvals, or asset submission from the client may extend the timeline.
Revisions are limited as per the service agreement. Excessive revisions may incur additional charges.
Webbiza reserves the right to suspend or terminate a service if:
The client breaches these Terms
The client delays project deliverables or payments
There is misuse, abuse, or harassment in communications
The service is no longer viable due to technical or legal reasons
In such cases, all work completed remains the property of Webbiza unless full payment is received.
Webbiza is not liable for:
Loss of profits, revenue, or data
Business interruption due to site downtime or third-party issues
Delays due to force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, war, technical failure)
Client’s misuse or misapplication of the delivered product
Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
