1. Intellectual Property
All creative assets developed by Webbiza — including but not limited to:
• Custom websites and source code
• Logos and branding materials
• Mobile or web apps
• Game designs and assets
• Marketing content
• Promotional videos, reels, and edits
• UI/UX wireframes and mockups
remain the property of Webbiza until full payment is received. Upon completion and full payment, ownership of final deliverables may be transferred to the client, except for:
• Licensed third-party tools or plugins
• Royalty-based fonts, media, or software
• Any proprietary frameworks or components reused across projects
Clients may not reuse, resell, or redistribute project assets outside the agreed scope without written approval.
2. Client Content Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
• Ensuring that all materials they provide (e.g. images, videos, logos, product data) are owned or properly licensed
• Providing accurate business information and compliant content for use in websites, ads, or apps
Webbiza will not be held responsible for any legal, copyright, or regulatory issues that result from client-supplied materials.
3. Use of Third-Party Tools
To deliver our services, we may use or integrate third-party platforms and tools (e.g., hosting, analytics, ad platforms, design tools, plugins, APIs). While we aim to choose reputable and secure services:
• Webbiza is not liable for the terms, pricing changes, outages, or performance of any third-party platforms
• Clients may need to agree to the third-party service’s terms directly if we create or manage accounts on their behalf.
4. Limitations of Responsibility
While we always aim to deliver high-quality and professional outcomes, Webbiza is not responsible for:
• Loss of profits, sales, or data after project delivery
• Results of ad campaigns, SEO rankings, or algorithm changes (we cannot guarantee exact outcomes)
• Platform bans, policy changes, or restrictions caused by content uploaded to Meta, Google, YouTube, or other platforms
• Delays caused by third parties, including hosting providers or plugin vendors
• Any misuse, tampering, or unauthorized access of completed work after handoff
We are responsible for:
• Delivering agreed-upon services and deliverables as outlined in your proposal or contract
• Meeting project deadlines (if all required materials are provided on time)
• Providing a secure, confidential, and professional collaboration environment
• Supporting and resolving project-related issues within the agreed service period
